How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A brand identity typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. A full website build runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on the number of pages and content readiness. We will always give you a clear timeline at the start and stick to it.
How many revisions do I get?
Every project includes two structured revision rounds built into the timeline. We work collaboratively throughout, so by the time you reach a revision stage, we are usually very close. We do not do unlimited revisions but we do not walk away either.
Who owns the final work?
You do. On full payment, all rights to the final delivered files transfer to you completely. You will receive all source files including fonts, brand assets and editable design files, not just the exported versions.
What happens after the site goes live?
We offer ongoing support and maintenance packages if you need them. Even without a retainer, we are always available for small fixes and updates. We do not disappear after launch and we do not charge call-out rates for quick queries.
Do I need a big budget to work with you?
Not necessarily. We work with businesses at different stages. If budget is tight, we can phase the work or recommend where to start for maximum impact. A quick call is the best way to work out what is realistic for your situation.
